ST PAUL'S COURT - NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH

Currently there is no Neighbourhood Watch operating formally within the estate. Any resident or leaseholder who would like to take up the role of co'ordinating a new Neighbourhood Watch should kindly contact the Estate Office.

  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT  BURGLARS CAN GAIN ACCESS TO PROPERTIES WHILE WINDOWS ARE LEFT ON THE 'TILT' AND ALTHOUGH THE NATURE OF SUCH THEFTS IS ENTIRELY OPPORTUNISTIC THEY CAN TAKE MERE MOMENTS TO PERPETRATE  WHILE YOUR ATTENTION IS ELSEWHERE. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES ON DISPLAY OR EASILY ACCESSIBLE.
  •  YOUR ESTATE MANAGEMENT AND THE BOARD WILL ALWAYS WORK TO DETER & PREVENT THE CHANCE OF SUCH OCCURENCES BUT THE BEST GUARANTEE WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR VIGILANCE.

THANK YOU.

IMPORTANT - UNDERGROUND CAR PARK SECURITY - CARS BROKEN INTO.

From time to time, despite the best efforts of our security and roving patrols, a small number of vehicles have been damaged and broken into. All of these instances appear to be the result of impromptu action by opportunistic thieves. The Board and the Police advise all owners to park their cars at their own risk and to ensure they are properly secured with no valuables left on show. In this way we hope to keep such future incidents to an absolute minimum.

Dear all

POLICING UPDATE!
There have been a number of changes to your local Safer Neighbourhoods Team recently. We now have a new Sergeant - PS 58FH Peter Stewart - Maunder and a new office. We are now based in Osram Court which is above Tescos Brook Green. Please note that our office telephone number has also changed to: 0208 246 2399. In an emergency dial 999. Please report all crimes to the police. You can do this at any police station, on line at : www.met.police.ukor to a member of your local SNT. If you do not contact us then we are not aware of the problems that may be occurring.

We have been informed about recent bicycle crime within the estate.

  • Always lock both wheels and keep the lock off the ground - this makes it harder to break.
  • Tale away any portable items like saddles and lights.
  • Have your bike frame security-marked .
  • Keep a record of the frame number. This number is unique and can usually be found stamped on the bottom of the frame.

Yours sincerely,

Avonmore & Brook Green
