The Replacement Windows
WINDOWS CONTRACT
Hopefully you will not have windows problems but if you do, please phone Everest Service on 01753 699 100 or Customer Service 01707 875 700 who will arrange a service engineer to visit you. NB: Leaseholders will be responsible for arranging their own window repairs. After settling the account with the Everest engineer at the time of his visit please provide the estate office with a receipt as proof of payment and St Paul's Court will reimburse the charge.
PLEASE NOTE: IF THE CAUSE OF YOUR WINDOWS PROBLEM IS CONFIRMED AS MIS-USE AND NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INTEGRAL FAILURE OF THE WINDOWS COMPONENTS THEN YOU MAY BE EXPECTED TO PAY A CALL OUT CHARGE BY EVEREST - PLEASE SATISFY YOURSELF BY SEEKING CLARIFICATION FROM EVEREST IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.
