SPC LTD have agreed with Elecfit Ltd that the latter's satellite TV service to the estate will be terminated. This agreement, entirely amicable, is the result of recent recessionary financial pressures impacting on Elecfit Ltd.
In an effort to ensure the continued provision of a competitive satellite TV service to the estate SPC LTD have agreed terms with BSKYB and their agents SCC to supply ongoing and continuing satellite TV services in the place of Elecfit Ltd. SKY and their agents will commence satellite service installation on block 1 early in September 2011 to be followed by all other blocks on the estate. When complete residents will be able to subscribe to all SKY TV services on an indidual basis.
Further, SPC LTD have agreed with Elecfit Ltd that the latter's connections and services will continue providing satellite TV services to SPC estate subscribers pending commisioning of the SKY TV service. The Board and the Estate Management team are pleased to confirm that SKY will provide their satellite installation at no cost to St Pauls' Court Ltd who will only be supplying the nominal electrical power supply,
