Recycling

Dear Resident,

Recycling at St Pauls Court.

We are writing to thank you for your help in increasing our recycling rates. As you may be aware residents of St. Pauls Court can recycle using the Smart banks located at various locations around the estate.

In recent years approximately 22% of all waste was recycled by residents, a great achievement and one which we hope to continue and improve.

For those of you that are new to St Pauls Court or would like a reminder of what can be recycled, the Smart banks take paper and card, mixed glass, cans, tins, aerosols and plastic bottles all in the same bank with no need for you to sort them. Please see below for a comprehensive list.

If you have any questions, please contact the hotline on 020 8753 1100.

Yours sincerely

Emma Anderson .

Senior environmental policy & projects officer

Please give containers (e.g. bottles/jars/tins) a quick rinse to prevent smells.

Please remove the lids from plastic bottles, aerosols and glass containers as the lids prevent the bottles from being compacted at the recycling plant.
The lids should not be placed in the bank as these can not be recycled. Please squash plastic bottles if possible to prevent the banks from filling up quickly.
