WELCOME TO ST PAUL’S COURT

St Paul's Court is a private residential estate comprising a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and four bedroom town houses grouped around landscaped gardens in a gated community between Hammersmith and Kensington.

Ideally located in close proximity to the Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith and City and Circle underground lines, served by Barons Court and Hammersmith tube stations, the estate provides a quiet, pleasant and well managed living environment within the grounds of what was previously the historic old St Paul's School.

The freehold of the estate is owned by St Paul's Court Ltd, a private limited company, itself owned by the leaseholders.

Day to day management of the estate is conducted through the Estate Office which is open from 7am to 3pm daily, Monday through Friday, for the benefit and convenience of residents.
